- You are advice that the construction works at site is to be same as the approved plan. Any changes / deviation from the approved plan must be brought to our attention before construction works is carred out. ( Exclude for our standard plans )
- With regards to liabilities, we are not responsible for any non-compliance to Authorities Building By-Laws on your premises layout. Therefore we shall not be held liable for any penalties / summons by any relevant Authorities.
- Make sure there is no damage to the existing structure that will occur on the neighboring lot and if there is, the owner will responsible for such damage.
